<br /> RESOLUTION NO.8 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND TISCHLERBISE, INC. TO PROVIDE IMP ACT FEE <br />CONSUL TING SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to undertake certain analyses related to existing and <br />potential development impact fees and is in need of professional consulting services in <br />connection therewith; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been proposed between the City and TischlerBise, Inc. for <br />provision of such services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. The proposed Consultant Agreement Between TischlerBise, Inc. and the City of <br />Louisville, for the provision of professional services related to the analysis of City impact fees and <br />related services, is hereby approved in essentially the same form as the copy of such Agreement <br />accompanying this Resolution. <br />2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the Consultant Agreement on behalf of the City, <br />except that the Mayor is hereby further granted authority to negotiate and approve such revisions to <br />said Consultant Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of <br />the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br />
