<br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br />SERIES 2006 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE TIMING OF REVIEW OF THE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 2005 UPDATE <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 30, Series 2005, passed and adopted on August 16, 200S, the <br />City Council approved and adopted the City of Louisville Comprehensive Plan 2005 Update; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter I ofthe Comprehensive Plan states that the first review of the Plan after the <br />2005 adoption thereof should be completed on or before August I, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, by this Resolution the City Council desires to establish the timing ofthe first City <br />Council review of the Comprehensive Plan to occur after the 200S adoption thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. The City Council hereby determines that the Council's next review of the City of <br />Louisville Comprehensive Plan shall commence August 2007 and be completed, as a goal, no later than <br />October 31, 2007. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 2006. <br /> '\ <br /> , <br />J \ .. <br /> . 1/ <br />I ! t. <br />c1k-~s L.
