<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2006 BUDGET BY INCREASING <br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE NORTHWEST P ARKW A Y FUND, CONSERV A TION <br />TRUST - LAND ACQUISITION FUND, CONSERVATION TRUST - LOTTERY FUND, <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, LIBRARY CAPITAL CONSTUCTION FUND AND <br />WATER & W ASTEW ATER FUND FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for increasing the 2006 appropriations in the Northwest Parkway <br />Fund, Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund, Conservation Trust - Lottery, Capital <br />Projects Fund, Library Capital Construction Fund and Water & Wastewater Fund and: <br />WHEREAS, the revenues for the increased appropriation will come from the unreserved and <br />undesignated fund balances in the Northwest Parkway Fun, Conservation Trust - Land <br />Acquisition Fund, Conservation Trust ~ Lottery Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Library Capital <br />Construction Fund and Water & Wastewater Fund and: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br />1. That the 2006 Northwest Parkway Fund appropriation be increased from $500,000 to <br />$928,454 <br />2. That the 2006 Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund be increased from $3,492,172 <br />to $3,838,351 <br />3. That the 2006 Conservation Trust - Lottery Fund be increased from $117,200 to <br />$156,433 <br />4. That the 2006 Capital Projects Fund be increased from $6,401,179 to $7,030,617 <br />5. That the 2006 Library Capital Construction Fund be increased from $1,600,000 to <br />$6,579,776 <br />6.
