<br />RESOLUTION NO.8 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AN EXTENSION OF THE SUMMIT VIEW PROFESSIONAL PARK PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />THAT WOULD EXTEND THE PUD EXPIRATION DATE THREE (3) YEARS FROM <br />FEBRAURY 2004 TO FEBRUARY 2007 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application to <br />extend a previously approved PUD plan - Summit View Professional Park Final PUD - for an <br />additional three (3) year period, from February 2004 to February 2007; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the City of Louisville Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the information submitted and found it to comply with Louisville Municipal Code - Chapter 17.28; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on 17 February 2004, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report date 10 February 2004, the City of Louisville City Council finds that <br />extending the Summit View Professional Park PUD development plan expiration date should be <br />approved as presented. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Louisville, Colorado <br />does hereby approve an extension to the Summit View Professional Park PUD development plan <br />that extends the expiration date of such plan until February 17, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Ch I L. isk, Mayor <br />Cit of Louisville, Colorado <br />
