<br />RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br />SERIES 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2006 BUDGET BY INCREASING <br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND AND CONSERVATION TRUST- <br />LAND ACQUISITION FUND FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for increasing the 2006 appropriations in the General Fund and <br />Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund and: <br />WHEREAS, the revenues for the increased appropriations will come from the unreserved and <br />undesignated fund balance in the General and Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund and: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br />1. That the 2006 General Fund appropriation be increased from $13,213,761 to $13,265,070 <br />2. That the 2006 Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund appropriation be increased <br />from $3,838,351 to $3,853,351 <br />OPTED this 18th day of April, 2006 <br />C <br />
