<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR A <br /> TWO-LOT SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION AT <br />1100 GRANT AVENUE, LOTS 21-24, BLOCK 7, CAPITOL HILL ADDITION <br /> CAPITOL HILL ADDITION, REPLAT 'A' <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a minor subdivision plat for a two-lot single-family residential subdivision located at <br />1100 Grant Avenue, Lots 21-24, Block 7, Capitol Hill Addition Subdivision; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final subdivision plat have been reviewed by City <br />Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to comply with the <br />requirements of Chapters 16 and 17 and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, subject to variance authorization granted by the Board of Adjustment on February 15, <br />2006; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on April 13, 2006, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report of April 13, 2006, the Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />the final subdivision plat to the City Council, with one condition; and, <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds the applicant has <br />complied with the recommended condition of the Planning Commission and has made revisions to <br />the subdivision plat, as necessary; and, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final subdivision plat for the Capitol Hill Addition, <br />Replat A. <br /> BY: <br />
