<br />RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br />SERIES 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />PLAN FOR A 109,068 SF BUILDING WITH PROPOSED <br />USES OF OFFICE, LIGHT MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSING WITH <br />MULTIPLE TENANTS, AT 1795 DOGWOOD, LOT 3A, BLOCK 1, <br />PARK AT COLORADO TECHNOLOGY CENTER REPLAT BAND <br />LOT 4, BLOCK 1 PARK AT COLORADO TECHNOLGY CENTER <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an final planned unit development (PUD) plan to construct a 109,068 SF building <br />with proposed uses of office, light manufacturing and warehousing with multiple tenants, at 1795 <br />Dogwood, Lot 3A, Block 1 Park at Colorado Technology Center Replat B and Lot 4, Block 1, <br />Park at Colorado Technology Center; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Industrial Development Design <br />Standards and Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD <br />development plan on April 13, 2006, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />public record, including the staff report dated April 13, 2006, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval to the City Council, with one condition; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the revised documents are in full compliance with <br />the conditions of the Planning Commission and that the application should be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a final PUD development plan for a 109,068 SF building with <br />proposed uses of office, light manufacturing and warehousing with multiple tenants, at 1795 <br />Dogwood, Lot 3A, Block I Park at Colorado Technology Center Replat B and Lot 4, Block 1, <br />Park at Colorado Technology Center. <br />D AND ADOPTED this 2"" day of May 2or! <br /> BY: / <br /> Charlds'S~k, ayor <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br />~ <br />Nancy Varra, C' y Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
