<br /> WHEREAS, the zoning and subdivision titles ofthe Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) <br /> are intended to set forth the minimum requirements for the promotion of public health, safety, <br /> comfort and the general welfare; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intent of the general provisions of the zoning title to promote the <br /> health, safety, welfare of the present and future residents of the community by facilitating the <br /> adequate provision of adequate public services and facilities through the classification of land use <br /> and the distribution of land development and utilization; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 17.28.060 of the LMC (PUD-Industrial) requires that all industrial <br /> areas must be developed as a PUD; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 17.28.060 states that the purpose of the PUD-I is to provide for the <br /> development of planned industrial areas and to promote the grouping of diversified industrial <br /> uses in such a manner that the benefits of industrial development are maximized while the <br /> adverse impact often association with such development is minimized; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 17.28.060 further states that all industrial development shall <br /> comply with all applicable requirements of the City's Industrial Development Design Standards <br /> and Guidelines (IDDSG). <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the evidence and testimony <br /> presented at the City Council public hearing, as well as the above-stated recitals findings <br /> forwarded by the Planning Commission, which are hereby adopted as finding of the City <br /> Council, the City Council does hereby disapprove the application of CTC Storage for a final <br /> subdivision replat for Lots 5, 6 and 10, Block 3, CTC First Filing and a final PUD development <br /> plan for Lots 6 and 10, Block 3, CTC First Filing. <br /> BY: <br /> 2 <br />
