RESOLUTION NO. 34 SERIES 2006 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN RELATED TO PROJECT MONUMENT SIGNAGE FOR THE CENTENNIAL PAVILION COMMERCIAL CENTER WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for an amended final PUD development plan for an amended sign program for Centennial Pavilion Commercial Center; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearings concerning said amendment to a final PUD development plan on July 13,2006 where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the Staff Reports dated July 13,2006 the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be approved, with the following conditions: 1. A vision clearance review of sign placement shall be required prior to issuance of a building permit. 2. The sign shall comply with illumination standards as adopted in the Louisville Municipal Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amendment to the Centennial Pavilion Final PUD authorizing the replacement of one monument type project/tenant identification sign. /7 SSED AND ADOPTED this I st day of August, 2006. /~1 BY: //< Don P.
