<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 39 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR THE DIVINE <br /> CANINE, LLC LOCATED AT 1131 AND 1141 SOUTH STREET. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, an application for <br />approval of a special review use for The Divine Canine LLC located at 1131 and 1141 South <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations, including the special review use <br />criteria listed in Section 17.40.100 and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on June 25,2006, where evidence and <br />testimony was entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated July 13, 2006, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />to the City Council, with one condition <br />1. The structure must be equipped with a backflow prevention device. If one already <br /> exists, then the device must be inspected by the Louisville Building Department to <br /> insure compliance; <br />2. Approval of this special review use isfor the Divine Canine LLC. Only; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the revised documents are in full compliance with <br />the conditions of the Planning Commission and that the application should be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of special review use for The Divine <br />Canine LLC located at 1131 and 1141 South Street subject to the above conditions. <br /> ED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August <br /> BY: <br /> Chari <br /> City <br />ancy Yarra City Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
