<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 41 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br />APPROV AL OF A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN TO <br />ADD A TOTAL OF ELEVEN AGE-RESTRICTED SENIOR INDEPENDENT LIVING <br />UNITS TO THE APPROVED 76 UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a request to amend <br />a final planned unit development (PUD) plan for the construction of an age-restricted senior <br />independent living facility. Amendment proposes to add a total of eleven units to the approved <br />76 unit development; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan amendment have <br />been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Commercial Development <br />Design Standards and Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the application on <br />September 14, 2006, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the <br />application materials and staff report dated September 14, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be approved as presented, <br />without conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, based on the evidence and testimony presented at the hearings, does hereby <br />recommend approval of an amendment to the final PUD development plan for The Residences at <br />Balfour, as presented. <br /> ~ <br />Nancy Varra, City lerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
