<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 45 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> (PUD) PLAN TO ALLOW' FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN <br /> 82,500 SQUARE FOOT LIGHT INDUSTRIAL / FLEX BUILDING, <br /> LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 5, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application for a <br /> final planned unit development (PUD) plan to allow for the development of an 82,500 square foot <br /> light industrial/flex building, Lots 3 and 4, Block 5, the Business Center at CTC; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to comply <br /> with Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations, Industrial Development Design Standards and <br /> Guidelines, and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 21, 2006, where evidence <br /> and testimony was entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br /> Commission Staff Report dated September 21, 2006, the Planning Commission finds that said final <br /> planned unit development (PUD) should be approved <br /> AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2 0 <br /> By: <br /> . k, Mayor <br /> ~ Isville, Colorado <br /> Attest: <br /> Nancy Va , City Clerk <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
