<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 58 <br /> SERIES 2006 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STORMWATER UTILITY SERVICE FEES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Charter and the Louisville Municipal Code, the City <br />Council is authorized to fix, establish, maintain and provide for the collection of rates, fees, and <br />charges for stormwater utility services furnished by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this resolution desires to establish the stormwater utility <br />service fees to fund stormwater utility services, effective January 1, 2007. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1. For stormwater utility services provided by the City, the following utility service <br />fees shall apply effective January 1, 2007: <br />A. Single Family Residential Accounts - The monthly fee for a single-family <br /> residential account is $2.00. <br />B. Non-Single Family Residential Accounts and all other accounts - The monthly <br /> fee for each non-single family residential account shall be determined by dividing <br /> the calculated total square footage of impervious area on the property by the <br /> runoff area unit (RAU) of 3,500, and multiplying the result by the $2.00 base rate. <br />2. Pursuant to Chapter 13.37 of the Louisville Municipal Code, the runoff area unit <br />(RAU) is established as 3,500 square feet and the base rate is established at $2.00 per RAD. <br /> 1 <br />
