<br /> The fee for non-neutered. non-spayed dogs shall be $15.00. The fee for <br /> replacement oflost tags shall be $5.00. <br /> Sec. 6.12.070 License - Tag; issuance. <br /> Upon application for a dog license, the furnishing of the required certificate of <br /> inoculation, and payment of the required fee, the city clerk shall issue a <br /> numbered. metal dog liceIlset!g, which shall be numbered, and also a metal tag <br /> bearing thc same number as the liceIlsc, vihich tag shall be securely attached to <br /> the collar te-beand worn by the licensed dog so licensed at all times. <br /> Section 2. Severance Clause. If any article, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or <br /> phrase of this Ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall <br /> not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The City <br /> Council of Louisville, Colorado hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and each <br /> part or parts thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone part or parts may be declared invalid or <br /> unconstitutional. <br /> Section 3. Repeal. All other ordinances, or parts of any ordinances or other Code <br /> provisions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. The repeal established herein shall not be <br /> construed to revive any ordinance Code provision or part thereof that had been previously <br /> repealed by any ordinance which is repealed by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 4. Savings Clause. The repeal or modification of any provision of the <br /> Municipal Code of the City of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, <br /> modify, or change in whole or in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, <br /> which shall have been incurred under such provision, and each provision shall be treated and <br /> held as still remaining in force for the purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits, <br /> proceedings, and prosecutions for the enforcement of the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well <br /> as for the purpose of sustaining any judgment, decree, or order which can or may be rendered, <br /> entered, or made in such actions, suits, proceedings, or prosecutions. <br /> ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br /> 2 <br />
