<br />RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />S}:RIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING M~EMBERSHIP OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />HORTICULTURE AND FORESTRY ADVISORY BOARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Horticulture and Forestry Advisory Board was created in 2000, <br />replacing the previous "tree board"; and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an overwhelming number of residents wish to participate on the Commission; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is the best interest of the City to appoint <br />additional members to the Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1 <br />The Louisville Horticulture and Forestry Advisory Board will hereby consist of no more <br />than eight regular members and one "associate" member. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />()A)J/ <br /> <br />Charles L.
