<br /> 17.16.040(G) <br /> No home occupation shall cause an increase of anyone or <br /> more utilities so that the combined total use for the location exceeds <br /> the average for residences in the neighborhood. <br /> 17.16.040(H) <br /> The following uses, because of their tendency to go beyond <br /> the limits permitted for home occupations and thereby impair the use <br /> and value of the residential area shall not be permitted as home <br /> occupations: auto repair or motorized implement repair; dance, <br /> music or other types of instruction (if more than four students <br /> being instructed at one time) i dental offices; medical offices; <br /> the painting of vehicles, trailers or boats; private schools with <br /> organized classes; radio and television repair; barber and/or <br /> beauty shop; welding shops; nursing homes. <br /> Section 6. Section 17.16.100(c) of the Louisville Municipal <br /> Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 7. The following sub-section shall b$ added to <br /> Section 17.16.100 of Chapter 17.16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 17.16.100(C) <br /> Vision clearance areas shall not be required in the area <br /> designated as the central business district except with respect to <br /> fences and structures similar to fences. <br /> Section 8. Section 17.20.010(C) of the Louisville Municipal <br /> Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 9. The following sub-section shall be added to <br /> Section 17.20.010, Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 17.20.010(C) <br /> Where square feet are specified, the area measured shall <br /> be the floor area primary to the functioning of the particular use of <br /> the property and shall exclude stairwells, elevator shafts, hallways, <br /> ornamental balconies, space occupied by heatingr air conditioning or <br /> other utility equipment, space devoted exclusively to storage, and <br /> space devoted to off-street parking or loading. <br /> Section 10. Section 17.20.020(D) (3) of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code shall be repealed. <br /> -2- <br />
