ORDINANCE NO, 719 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTIONG REGULATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC CONDUCTORS AND EQUIPMENT WITHIN OR ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE BUILDINGS OR OTHER STRUCTURES, INCLUDING MOBILE HOMES, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND FLOATING DWELLING UNITS; AND OTHER PREMISES SUCH AS YARDS, CARNIVALS, PARKING AND OTHER LOTS, AND INDUSTRIAL SUB-STATIONS. ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THERETO THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, 1981 EDITION, PUBLISHED BY THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION, WITH THE AMEND~mNTS THERETO AS SET OUT HEREIN. WHEREAS, the Building has reviewed the 1981 National Electrical Code and recommends the adoption of the same to City Council; and, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the same should be adopted as set out herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The following chapter 15.48 and the subsections ~ thereof are hereby added to Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 15.48.010 Adoption Pursuant to Title 31, Article 16, of C.R.S. 1973, as amended there is adopted as a part of the Louisville Municipal Code by reference, the National Electrical Code, 1981 Edition, published by the National Fire Protection Association, 470 Atlantic Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, to have the same force and effect as is set forth herein in every particular. The subject matter of the adopted code includes the minimum standards relating to the installa- tion of electrical conductors and equipment within or on public and private buildings or other structures, including mobile homes, recreational vehicles, and floating dwelling units; and other premises such as yards, carnivals, parking and other lots, and industrial sub-stations. 15.48.020 Permit Fees The following is a list of permit fees for electrical construction:
