<br /> LOUISVILLE.
<br /> WHEREAS, a property owner in the City of Louisville has
<br /> filed and had approved a replat of phases II of the Centennial
<br /> Valley I Subdivision, which alters the previously approved con-
<br /> figuration of streets; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said property owner has requested that said street
<br /> next to their properties be vacated; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has determined that such vacation
<br /> would not be in conflict with the goals and operation of the City of
<br /> Louisville;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> Section 1. That the following described street, to-wit:
<br /> A part of Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 69 West
<br /> of the 6 th P. M. , City of Louisville, County of Boulder,
<br /> State of Colorado, more particularly described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section
<br /> 17 ; thence S 89050'23"E, 412.50 feet; thence S 1015'07"
<br /> W, 542.25 feet; thEmce S 0020'53"E, 30.00 feet; thence
<br /> S 89043'50"W, 119.54 feet; thence S 0016'10"E, 100.00
<br /> feet; thence S 89043' 50"\<\1, 404.04 feet; thence N 88051'
<br /> 30"W, 62.10 feet; thence S 89043'50"W, 383.72 feet;
<br /> thence N 0016'lO"W, 101.47 feet; thence S 89043'50"W,
<br /> 18.59 feet to the Point of Beginning: thence continuing

<br /> feet to a point on a curve; thence on an angle to the
