STREETS LOCATED IN THE LOUISVILLE L: ~,. ,', ,,:. ;'t . ~~i~ C' ~.. I', CEMETERY TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, it has been determined by City Staff and City Council that a certain vacation of certain streets within the City of Louisville Cemetery would not be in conflict with the goals and operation of the City of Louisville and would be beneficial to the operation of the cemetery. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described streets, to-wit: l. The entire width of West Avenue between Blocks 23 and 24 within the Louisville Cemetery. 2. The entire width of Central Avenue between Blocks 5 and 6, Blocks 11 and 12 and Blocks 21 and 22 within the Louisville Cemetery. 3. The entire width of Louisville Avenue between Blocks 3 and 4 and Blocks 19 and 20 within the Louisville Cemetery. 4. The entire width of East Avenue between Blocks 1 and 2, Blocks 15 and 16, and Blocks 17 and 18 within the Louisville Cemetery. 5.
