<br />RESOLUTION No. 16 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2004 BUDGET BY INCREASING <br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE NORWEST P ARKW A Y FUND, THE WATER & <br />WASTEWATER ENTERPRISE FUN]) AND THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the Northwest <br />Parkway Fund, the Water & Wastewater Enterprise Fund and the Capital Projects Fund to defray <br />expenses in excess of amounts budgeted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />1. That the 2004 Northwest Parkway Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $0 to <br />$9,581,287 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. That the 2004 Water & Wastewater Enterprise Fund appropriations are hereby increased <br />from $7,162,502 to $13,152,180 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />3. That the 2004 Capital Projects Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $7,589,508 <br />to $10,181,841 <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2004 <br /> <br /> <br />c~0dtior <br /> <br />
