<br /> '" <br /> Section 8. Ordinance Irrepealable. After the bonds <br /> are issued, this Ordinance shall be and remain irrepealable <br /> until the bonds and the interest thereon shall have been fully <br /> paid, satisfied and discharged. <br /> Section 9 . Severability. Should any one or more <br /> sections or provisions of this Ordinance be judicially determined <br /> invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect, <br /> impair or invalidate the remaining provisions hereof, the inten- <br /> tion being that the various provisions hereof are severable. <br /> Section 1 o. Recording and Authentication. This Ordi- <br /> nance, immediately on its passage shall be recorded in the City <br /> Book of Ordinances kept for that purpose, authenticated by the <br /> signatures of the Mayor and Clerk and shall be published as <br /> required by law. <br /> Section 11. Emergency Provision.
