<br /> ~ <br /> ) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 726 <br /> AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING THE LOUISVILLE <br /> GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, <br /> LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. <br /> \vHE REAS , by Ordinance No. 302, adopted and approved <br /> July 27, 1959, the Louisville General Improvement District No. 1 <br /> was created; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all scheduled and planned general improvements <br /> within the Improvement District have been completed and said district <br /> should be dissolved pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, as amended, 31- 2 5- 625. <br /> - - - <br /> - - - <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That after a properly advertised and noticed <br /> public hearing on same, it is hereby determined that all improvements <br /> of the Louisville General Improvement District No. 1, Louisville, <br /> Colorado, have been totally and adequately completed. <br /> Section 2. That the City Council has determined there are <br /> no unpaid debts, obligations, or liabilities of the Louisville General <br /> Improvement District No. 1, Louisville, Colorado. <br /> Section 3.
