<br /> ......-.... <br /> ~) /0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 727 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13.12 <br /> OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br /> MODIFYING THE METHODS USE TO CALCULATE <br /> THE COSTS OF WATER TAPS. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the existing method <br /> utilized by the City in calculating costs of water taps; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the methods used to <br /> calculate said costs should be modified. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. Section 13.12.020, Table A of said Section <br /> 13.12.030, and Table B of Section 13.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal <br /> Code are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. The following section is hereby added to <br /> Chapter 13.12, Title 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 13.12.020 Tap Fee - Generally <br /> A. No water service shall be furnished to the consumer until all <br /> of the tap fees and special fees provided for in this chapter have been <br /> paid to the City Clerk. No water tap may be purchased until a building <br /> permit is obtained for the structure to be served. The City shall <br /> provide a meter, a yoke, a corporation valve, a meter pit and all <br /> labor involved in installing the corporation valve. The owner shall be <br /> responsible for all excavation, and for installation of the service from <br /> the water main to the structure served. <br /> B. For each unattached dwelling unit, a separate water tap and <br /> a separate sewer ,tap must be purchased from the City and all required <br /> tap fees paid to the City. Apartment units and condominium units shall <br /> not be treated as an unattached dwelling. <br /> Section 3. Table A shall be added to section 13.12.030 of <br /> the Louisville Municipal Code as follows: <br />
