( ...... ~'JlJ '1C~{.l\tli ORDINANCE NO. 728 ~ . , ~J. ~,d ,J ,,) .J } . i lk, AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF ,,~' , LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, A PARCEL OF APPROXHlATELY 37.390 ACRES LOCATED NORTH OF MESA POINT SUBDIVISION, WHICH IS OWNED BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. WHE REAS , the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property described below is solely owned by the City of Louisville, and that said owner has petitioned for annexation to the City; and, THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and, THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and theCity of Louisville; and, THAT the territory proposed to be annexed ir urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and, THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: All that portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 1 South, Kange 69 West of the 6 th P. M. , described as follows: Commencing at the Center of said Section 6 from which the S 1/4 Corner of said Section 6 bears South OO42'30"W., 263lo 31 feet, thence N. 89043'30"E. , 392.51 feet along the East-West Centerline of said Section 6 to the Northeast Corner of that tract of land as described in Deed recorded on Film 615 as Reception No. 859582 of the records of Boulder County, Colorado, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing North 89043'30"E., 599.97 feet along the East-West Centerline of said Section 6 to the West line of that tract of land as described in Deed recorded in Book 1000 at Page 184 of the records of Boulder County, Colorado; Thence South OO12'E., 53.51 feet along the West line of that tract of land as described in said Book 1000 at Page 184 to the South- west Corner thereof;
