AMENDED AND RESTATED BYLAWS OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br /> ARTICLE I <br /> The Authority <br /> Section 1. Introduction. These Amended and Restated Bylaws "Bylaws of the <br /> Louisville Local Licensing Authority (the "Authority are adopted pursuant to the <br /> authority stated in the Chapter 5.08 and Chapter 5.10 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> These Bylaws replace any previous Bylaws for the Authority. <br /> Section 2. Office. The office of the Authority shall be considered the Louisville <br /> City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027, or such other place in the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado as the City Manager may designate from time to time. <br /> Section 3. Purpose and Duties. <br /> A. Quasi Judicial. The Authority shall have the powers and functions specified <br /> in the ordinances of the City and applicable state statutes. <br /> B. Duties. The duties of the Authority shall include, but not be limited to, those <br /> duties established in Chapters 5.08 and 5.10 of the Louisville Municipal Code and shall <br /> relate to all licensing for the sale of all malt, vinous, or spirituous liquors and all medical <br /> marijuana. <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> Members <br /> Section 1. Number of Members. The Authority shall consist of five (5) members <br /> whom City Council shall appoint. <br /> Section 2. Associate Member. <br /> A. In addition to the members of the Authority, the City Council may appoint <br /> one (1) associate member for a four -year term. In the event that any regular member is <br /> temporarily unable to act, the member's place may be taken during such temporary <br /> disability by the associate member who during such disability shall enjoy full voting <br /> privileges. <br /> B. Any matter brought before the Authority may be discussed by all the <br /> regular and associate members present. <br /> Page 1 of 12 <br />
