1188 3-1 ~~: ~_.., ORDINANCE NO. 729 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING PROPERTY OF APPROXIMATELY 37.390 ACRES OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, BY ORDINANCE NO. 728 WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. ; and, WHE REAS , it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: All that portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6 th P. M. , described as follows: Commencing at the Center of said Section 6 from which the S 1/4 Corner of said Section 6 bears South 0042130 "\\1. , 263lo31 feet, thence N. 89043130"E., 392.51 feet along the East-West Centerline of said Section 6 to the Northeast Corner of that tract of land as described in Deed recorded on Film 615 as Reception No. 859582 of the records of Boulder County, Colorado, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing North 89043130" E. , 599.97 feet along the East-West Centerline of said Section 6 to the West line of that tract of land as described in Deed recorded in Book 1000 at Page 184 of the records of Boulder County, Colorado; Thence South 0012'E., 53.51 feet along the West line of that tract of land as described in said Book 1000 at Page 184 to the Southwest Corner thereof.
