<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE
<br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
<br /> LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING
<br /> PROPERTY OF APPROXIMATELY Bl.33 ACRES
<br /> OF PROPERTY OWNED BY STORAGE TECHNOLOGY
<br /> CORPORATION, ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF
<br /> LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 730
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real
<br /> property by adopting Ordinance No. 730 . and,
<br /> ,
<br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be
<br /> determined.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville
<br /> Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established,
<br /> shall be amended to include the following described property and that
<br /> the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated
<br /> after the description below:
<br /> The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20, and a 22.5'
<br /> wide strip along the East Line of Section 19, Township 1 South, Range
<br /> 69 West of the 6th P.M., and more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the West 1/4 Corner of said Section 20; thence South 890
<br /> 05' 08"E. , 2655.26' to the Center 1/4 Corner of said Section 20; thence
<br /> South 00045'40"W., 1324.52' to the Southeast Corner of the North 1/2
<br /> of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 20; thence North 88051'44"W.,
<br /> 2650.79' to the Southwest Corner of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4
