Reports of Commission/Committee members <br /> Mayor mentioned that RTD has an on-line survey about the pending <br />FasTracks vote. Mayor mentioned that RTD received $90 million for the <br />US 36 corridor. This will be used for multimodal expansion in the US 36 <br />corridor. <br />VII. Update on DELO (Redevelopment of Aggregate Concrete property) <br /> Rick Brew provided an update. Their staff has been meeting with <br />planning staff. They are looking forward to giving input on the upcoming <br />RFP. They presented at Historical Preservation Commission and will <br />work with HPC on one of the historic structures (Rod and Gun Club). <br />They are also talking with staff with the mixed-use design standards. <br />They are now owners of the property with the intentions of moving <br />forward with a mixed-use development. They are going to brainstorm <br />with HPC over the next few weeks. They are considering options for the <br />building that include preservation with funding, moving, or other. They <br />are going to obtain a cost estimate for next steps. The current HPC funds <br />may not be applicable for this area. Two commissioners from the HPC <br />reviewed the site.
