Mike Kranzdorf <br />, Property Owner in Urban Renewal Area <br />Michael Kranzdorf was Vice President and Director of Research and Information Systems at Kranzco <br />Realty Trust, a New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate investment trust and predecessor to Kramont <br />Realty Trust and Centro Watt. He was co-chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment <br />Trusts’ Technology Committee and is an Emeritus member of the International Council of Shopping <br />Center’s Research Advisory Task Force. Previously he served as Senior Vice President for Strategic <br />Planning at MyShoppingCenter.com, a retail service provider and as Director of Engineering at Finali <br />Corporation, a developer of automated customer service solutions for online retailers and financial service <br />companies. <br />Mr. Kranzdorf is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and currently serves on the <br />Colorado Planning Committee as co-chair of the 2009 Rocky Mountain Idea Exchange. <br />Jim Loftus <br />, Loftus Development, Boulder <br />Jim has been involved in real estate in Boulder for over 30 years and has been involved in many <br />successful projects including retail, office, residential and mixed use developments, including the Boulder <br />Amory and Uptown Broadway. Jim has a contract to purchase the vacant Safeway store on South <br />Boulder Road and plans to redevelop the area with mixed use. <br />Tom Lyon <br />, principal, Wolff Lyon Architects, Boulder <br />Tom and John met at the Graduate School of Architecture at the University of Colorado, and in 1975, <br />formed the partnership of Wolff Lyon Architects combining their complementary talents. Their work has <br />focused on traditional neighborhood design, affordable housing and mixed-use development. Tom and <br />John have been Architect, Contractor and occasionally Developer on a variety of projects over the years. <br />Tom oversees the design and documentation processes of the firm as well as fully illustrating designs <br />with distinctive color renderings. His strong background in studio art is revealed in his imaginative and <br />often playful designs. Tom has the ability to quickly sketch possible solutions to a problem so they can be <br />evaluated by the client and other members of the design team. <br />Tom is a member of the Stapleton Design Review Committee along with his partner John. In that <br />capacity, he has impact on many of the decisions relative to the residential component of the <br />development. <br />Tom was a founding member of the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA), a non-profit organization <br />established in 1991 dedicated to providing affordable home-ownership opportunities in Boulder. AHA <br />recently developed 14 units at the Holiday Neighborhood in North Boulder. <br />Tom holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado. He is a licensed Architect in <br />the states of Colorado and New Hampshire, and is NCARB certified. Tom is also a licensed general <br />contractor and a skilled carpenter.
