Lot 7 will <br />be 8,496 SF and Lot will be 6,126 SF. <br />An amendment to the previously approved (2009) Parbois <br />Place Subdivision and PUD to add two (2) lots, Lots 7 and 8. <br />The inclusion of the two lots would permit Lot 8 to benefit <br />from the PUD variations of a standard setback.
