<br /> IS OWNED BY WALTER WAREMBOURG.
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville,
<br /> Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property described
<br /> below is solely owned by Walter Warernbourg, and that said owner has
<br /> petitioned for annexation to the City; and,
<br /> THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the
<br /> area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of
<br /> the City of Louisville; and,
<br /> THAT a community of interest exists between the territory
<br /> proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and,
<br /> THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will
<br /> be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being
<br /> integrated into the City of Louisville; and,
<br /> THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not
<br /> required for this annexation.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> Section 1. That the following described property situated
<br /> in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City
<br /> of Louisville, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land in the North one-half of Section 17,

<br /> Boulder County, State of Colorado, being more particularly described
