Call to Order <br /> 8:03 AM <br />II. Roll Call, both LRC and BraD <br /> All members present <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> approved <br />IV. Approval of January Meeting Minutes will occur in March <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda (Limit to 3 Minutes) <br /> none <br />VI. Reports of Commission/Committee members <br /> Mayor presented an update about the RTD board’s efforts to move <br />forward with additional sales tax vote and approvals of the Metro Mayors’ <br />Caucus to do so also. <br />VII. Business Matters of Commission <br />A. Discussion with RMCS regarding future redevelopment of the Aggregate <br />Concrete property in Revitalization Area (Dave Rick, Justin) <br />They have acquired the old Aggregate Industries property and have <br />started cleanup. They are working on the final plans for a development <br />called DELO and are here today to share ideas. Specifically they are <br />interested in talking this AM about the underpass.
