WHEREAS, the City of Louisville had previously zoned certain real property; and, WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has received an application from the owners thereof, William and Associates, requesting that said property be rezoned; and, WHEREAS, after a review of the application, the City Council has considered whether said real property should be rezoned; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That Chapter 17.04, Section 17.04.050 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be amended to rezone the following described property and that each tract shall be rezoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6t:h P.M.; thence South 89005'53" West 425.00 feet along the South line of said Section 7; thence North 000 11'26" East 760.00 feet parallel with the East line of said Section 7 to a point on the North line of W. Pine Street in Centennial Valley I Subdivision, the True Point of Beginning; thence South 89005'53" West 470.00 feet parallel with the South line of said Section 7 and along the North line of said W. Pine Street; thence North 00011'26" East 470.00 feet parallel with the East line of said Section 7; thence North 89005'53" East 470.00 feet parallel with the South line of said Section 7; thence South 00011126" West 470.00 feet parallel with the East line of said Section 7 to the True Point of Beginning.
