<br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A TRACT OF LAND
<br />OF .249 ACRES IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
<br />OF THE NORTHEAS'T QUARTER OF SECTION 8,
<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE.
<br />
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, certain property owners in the City of Louisville
<br />
<br />have requested that property next to their properties be vacated to
<br />
<br />them, and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Lity Staff has determined that such vacation
<br />
<br />would not be in conflict with the goals and operation of the City
<br />
<br />of Louisville;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the following described tract of land,
<br />
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />A tract of land containing .249 acres, more or less,
<br />situated in the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of
<br />Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said northeast
<br />quarter of said Section 8; thence North 89042' West a distance
<br />of 517.66 feet along the south line of said northeast quarter
<br />of said Section 8; thence north 377.35 feet to the true point of
<br />beginning; thence west a distance of 213.33 feet; thence North
<br />80111 West a distance of 50.51 feet along the easterly line of
<br />the Colorado and Southern Railroad right-of-way; thence east
<br />220.52 feet; thence south 50.00 feet to the true point of
<br />beginning.

<br />be and the same is hereby vacated; reserving easements for the benefit
<br />
<br />of the City of Louisville utilities and drainage thereon, and the
<br />
<br />title is thereto vested in the owners of the abutting property, as
<br />
<br />provided by law.
