-, furnished by the City of Louisville. 17.64.030 Review of Amendments by Planning Commission The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing concern- ing all proposed amendments. Notice of said public hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation at least 10 days prior to the d~te set for said hearing. No amendment shall be recommended for approval by the Planning Commission to the City Council unless two-thirds of the full membership of the Planning Commission approves said amendment. 17.64.040 City Council Action After the Planning Commission has held a public hearing concerning an amendment to the comprehensive plan, said amendment shall be considered in a public hearing by the City Council. Notice of said public hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation at least 10 days prior to the date set for said hearing. No amendment shall be approved and made a part of the comprehensive plan unless it is passed by the affirmative vote of not less than two-thirds of the entire membership of the City Council. 17.64.050 Time for Review A review and updating of the comprehensive plan shall occur at least every two years. The first review of the comprehensive plan after passage of this ordinance, shall be completed on or before June 1, 1982. Subsequent reviews shall be completed on or before December 1, in every even numbE~red year thereafter. Additional reviews of the comprehensive pIan may occur more often as necessary. 17.64.060 Same Application The same proposal for an amendment to the comprehensive plan may be considered and reviewed only once in a calendar year unless there exists a substantial change of conditions since the time the application was previously considered. 17.64.070 Cri t:eria for Amendment Before an amendment lto the comprehensive plan may be adopted, it must be demonstrated that each of the following criteria must be met or it is not applicable in order to approve said amendment: -2-
