BIELLA. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville; Colorado, herJbY determines that the parcel of real property described bel w is solely owned by Richard F. Biella and that said owner has petiitioned for annexation to the City; and, THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and, I THAT a conrrQunity of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and, THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and, I THA'I1 an annexation election of qualified electors is no t required for this annexation.
