<br />said right-of-way North 43031'40"E, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence
<br />along said right-of-way North 48028'18"W, a distance of 417.40 feet;
<br />thence North 89003'50"E, a distance of 996.55 feet; thence along said
<br />North-South line South 00024'29"W, a distance of 1296.84 feet more
<br />or less to the point of beginning, said Zone Lot A contains 15.453
