The following sections are added to Chapters <br /> 9.04, and 9.32 of Title 9 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 9.04.040 Giving False Information Prohibited <br /> It is unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully <br /> glve false information to any police or code enforcement officer of <br /> the City acting in his official capacity, concerning the identity <br /> of any person participating in, connected with or responsible for, <br /> or concerning the matter of the commission of any act, if the legality <br /> thereof or the identity of those participating therein or connected <br /> therewith or responsible therefore are being investigated, as a part <br /> of his official duties or employment by such officer. <br /> 9.04.050 Disobeying a Lawful Order <br /> It is unlawful for any person to knowingly disobey the <br /> lawful or reasonable order of any police officer, fireman, or <br /> emergency personnel giving incident to the discharge of the official <br /> duties of such police officer or fireman. <br /> 9.32.010(5) Disorderly Conduct <br /> 5. Permit any conduct in any house or upon any premises <br /> owned or possessed by him or under his management or control, and <br /> within his power to prevent, so that others in the vicinity are <br /> disturbed thereby. <br /> 9.32.020 Threat of Reprisal <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to threaten violence, <br /> reprisal, or any other injurious act to any police officer, fireman, <br /> city employee or other public official who is engaged in the performance <br /> or attempted performance of official duties, or to make such a threat <br /> by reason or on account of performance or attempted performance of his <br /> official duties. <br /> 9.32.030 Harassment <br /> It is unlawful for any person, with the intent to harass, <br /> annoy, or alarm another person to: <br /> A. Strike, shove, kick or otherwise touch a person, <br /> or subject him to physical contact; or, <br /> -2- <br />
