<br /> - <br /> B. Follow a person in or about a public place or <br /> places; or, <br /> C. Engage in conduct or repeatedly commit acts that <br /> alarm or seriously annoy another person, and that <br /> serve no legitimate purpose; or, <br /> D. Communicate with a person, annonymously or <br /> otherwise, by telephone, telegraph, mail or any <br /> other form of communication, in a manner likely <br /> to harass or cause alarm; or, <br /> E. Make a telephone call or cause a telephone to <br /> ring repeatedly, whether or not a conversation ensues, <br /> with no purpose of legitimate conversation; or, <br /> F. Repeatedly insult, taunt or challenge another <br /> ln a manner likely to provoke a violent or dis- <br /> orderly response; or, <br /> G. In a public place, direct obscene language or <br /> make an obscene gesture to or at another person <br /> where such language or gesture causes injury or <br /> tends to invite fighting or an immediate breach <br /> of the peace. <br /> Section 5. The following sections are added to Chapter <br /> 10.20, Title 10 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> 10.20.030 Detached Trailers <br /> A trailer (defined as any wheeled vehicle without motive <br /> power and designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle) , shall not be <br /> parked detached from a towing vehicle in any public right-of-way in <br /> the City, unless said trailer is being utilized as set forth under <br /> Section 10.20.020 herein. <br /> 10.20.040 Oversized Commercial Vehicles <br /> An oversized commercial vehicle, defined as any vehicle <br /> registered, licensed or used for commercial purposes or displaying <br /> advertisements for commercial enterprise and exceeding 18' in length, <br /> (18 ' in combined length for vehicles with trailers, or 8' in height, <br /> or 8,000 Ibs. in weight by thE~ G. V . W . rating indicated on vehicle, <br /> loaded or unloaded) shall be prohibited from all zoning districts <br /> except with the following exceptioris: I-Industrial. <br /> -3- <br />
