Charlotte Hou~lon, Boulder County Recorder ORDINANCE NO. 751 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORl\.DO, A PARCEL OF APPROXIMATELY 8.7 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST SPRUCE STREET, WHICH IS OWNED BY ROBERT AND TERESE METZ AND THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. WEE REAS , the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property described below is solely owned by Robert and Terese Metz and the City of Louisville, and that said owner has petitioned for annexation to the City; and, THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville,; and, THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and, THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory 15 capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and, THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation. }J Ow , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section L That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to wit: The East half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 8 and the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 8, all in Township 1 South, Range 6 9 ~'vest of the 6th P.M. and being more particularly described as fnllows: Corrunencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 8; thence North 00006'18" Hest, 1316.93 feet to the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 8; thence South 89057'54" West, 989.11 feet to t:he Southeast corner of the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the SouthvJest quarter of said Section 8 - THE T~UE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence North 00000'21" East, 659.67 feet to the Northeast corner of the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 8; thence South 89057'13" West, 658.56 feet to the Northwest corner of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 8 ; thence South 00004'47" \'Jes t, 659.54 feet to the Southwest corner of the E3st half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
