FilW119b J - / ORDINANCE NO. 752 AN ORDINANCE N~ENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING PROPERTY OF APPROXIMATELY 8. 7 ACRES OF PROPERTY OWNED BY ROBERT AND TERESE METZ AND THE CITY OF' LOUISVILLE, ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 751. vJHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. 751; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined. NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~C ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1.
