<br /> (f) Section 22-1l. Compliance with promise to appear. <br />A written notice to appear may be complied with by an appearance by <br />counsel. <br /> Section 5. The following Articles and sections of the 1977 <br />Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities are specifically not <br />adopted as part of the adoption of said Code: <br /> Ca) Article XIV, Section 14-1 through 14-5, <br /> Section 19-7(a) and Cd) , Section 22-10; <br /> Section 22-20(b); JI,rticle XXIV, Sections 24-1 <br /> through 24-6. <br /> Section 6. Section lO.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 7. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 10.04, Title 10 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 10.04.050 Designation of Speed Limits <br /> The City Engineer of the City of Louisville is hereby <br />designated as the person authorized to set all speed limits within <br />the City of Louisville which are increased or decreased specifically <br />from those as set forth under section 4.1 of the Model Traffic Code <br />for Colorado Municipalities, 1977 Edition. Said modification of speed <br />limit shall be maintained as set forth under section 23-12 of the <br />Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities, 1977 Edition. <br /> Section 8. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />of this ordinance, cause notice of its contents and passage to be <br />published or posted, and make not less than three copies of the <br />adopted Code available for inspection by the public during regular <br />business hours. <br /> Section 9. Section 10.04.060 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed. <br /> Section lO. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 10.04, Title 10 of the Louisville Municipal Code and sets <br />forth the penalty provisions for this Code adopted by reference as <br />required under S.~.~. 31-16-201, etc: <br /> 10.04.060 Violation - Penalty <br /> The following penalties, herewith set forth in full shall <br />apply to this chapter: <br /> -3- <br />
