(f) Section 22-1l. Compliance with promise to appear. A written notice to appear may be complied with by an appearance by counsel. Section 5. The following Articles and sections of the 1977 Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities are specifically not adopted as part of the adoption of said Code: Ca) Article XIV, Section 14-1 through 14-5, Section 19-7(a) and Cd) , Section 22-10; Section 22-20(b); JI,rticle XXIV, Sections 24-1 through 24-6. Section 6. Section lO.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. Section 7. The following section is hereby added to Chapter 10.04, Title 10 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 10.04.050 Designation of Speed Limits The City Engineer of the City of Louisville is hereby designated as the person authorized to set all speed limits within the City of Louisville which are increased or decreased specifically from those as set forth under section 4.1 of the Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities, 1977 Edition. Said modification of speed limit shall be maintained as set forth under section 23-12 of the Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities, 1977 Edition. Section 8. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, cause notice of its contents and passage to be published or posted, and make not less than three copies of the adopted Code available for inspection by the public during regular business hours. Section 9. Section 10.04.060 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. Section lO. The following section is hereby added to Chapter 10.04, Title 10 of the Louisville Municipal Code and sets forth the penalty provisions for this Code adopted by reference as required under S.~.~. 31-16-201, etc: 10.04.060 Violation - Penalty The following penalties, herewith set forth in full shall apply to this chapter: -3-
