<br />STATE OF COLORADO ) <br /> ) ss. <br />COUNTY OF BOULDER ) <br /> ) <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE ) <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, <br />met in regular session in full conformity with law and the rules <br />and ordinances of the City, at the City Hall, 749 Main Street, in <br />Louisville, Colorado, on Tuesday, the 1st day of June, 1982, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> Upon roll call the following were present constituting <br />a quorum: <br /> Mayor: Norbert Meier <br /> Mayor Pro-Tern: Herman Fauson <br /> Council Members: Don Cummings (Absent) <br /> Mike Cussen <br /> Dennis Ferrara <br /> John Leary <br /> Susan Morris <br /> Also present: <br /> City Clerk: Cleo Mudrock <br /> City Attorney: Curt D. Rautenstraus <br /> The following Ordinance was read (in full) (by title) ; <br />copies of the entire Ordinance have been available in the office <br />of the City Clerk for review by each Council Member, and for <br />inspection and copying by the general public, prlor to the time <br />said Ordinance was considered: <br /> - 1 - <br />
