The exact location where the machine or device is <br /> to be displayed or operated and a description of the <br /> business conducted at that location in addition to <br /> the mechanical amusement device. <br /> d. A general description of the machine to be <br /> covered by the license. <br /> e. Copy of lease or proof of ownership. <br /> 8.48.030 Term of License <br /> All licenses granted pursuant to this chapter shall be for <br /> a term of one year, commencing on January 1st of each year and <br /> terminating upon December 31st of the same year. Applications for a <br /> license occurring during the year shall be treated as if they were <br /> made for one calendar year and .shall terminate on December 31st, and <br /> no proration shall be permitted. <br /> 8.48.040 License Renewal <br /> Yearly renewal of any of the licenses granted pursuant to <br /> this chapter may be had upon payment of the yearly licensing fee <br /> along with a statement that the information listed on the original <br /> license application is still true and correct to the Applicant's <br /> knowledge, or a statement listing those items of information which <br /> have changed in the year since the license was granted or last <br /> remitted. <br /> 8.48.050 Prohibited Acts <br /> The following acts are prohibited on premises where <br /> mechanical amusement devices are in operation: <br /> 1. The use of a mechanical amusement device for gambling <br /> purposes. <br /> 2. Repeated disturbances of public peace occurring within <br /> the pre ises or upon any parking areas, sidewalks, access <br /> ways or areas surrounding the premises involving patrons, <br /> -2- <br />
