<br /> 1~ <br />to in this section are to be computed by direct measurement from the <br />nearest property line of any land used for church, school or <br />playground purposes, to the nearest portion of the building which the <br />license is to be located using the route of direct pedestrian access, <br />measured as a person would walk safely and properly, without tres- <br />passing, with right angles at crossings and with the observance of <br />traffic regulations and lights. <br /> 8.48.090 Attendant Required <br /> Any amusement arcade as defined in this chapter must have <br />an attendant on duty at all times during the period of operation of <br />said arcade. Said attendant shall be required to comply with the <br />terms of this chapter and to report any disturbances which occur upon <br />the premises to the Police Department of the City of Louisville. <br /> 8.48.100 Applicable Codes <br /> All amusement arcades and all locations where commercial <br />amusement devices are located must meet all applicable building, fire <br />and electrical codes with respect to the operation of the mechanical <br />amusement devices. The Building Inspector of the City of Louisville <br />shall make periodic inspections to enforce this provision.
