S ch charges will be paid in full prior to approval of <br />the final devel pment plan. <br /> l7.28.170 (B) <br /> 60 days after filing a complete application and any <br />other required aterials, the Planning Commission shall notify by mail <br />the owners utting property and the owners of properties located <br />within 300 of the property lines of the land included in the <br />Planned Unit De elopment, hold a public hearing and approve, disapprove <br />or approve with conditions the preliminary development plan. <br /> 17.28.l80 (B) <br /> The development plan shall be prepared at a scale of <br />not less than e inch equals one hundred feet, and shall be submitted <br />in sufficient tail to evaluate the building design and other features <br />of the planned nit. The final development plan must contain, insofar <br />as applicable, he following minimum information: <br /> The existing topographic character of the land at <br /> our interval of two feet if the slope lS less than <br /> rcent (spot elevations may be required if land <br /> flat for contours), and five feet where the <br /> slope is greater than ten percent; <br /> 2. The density and type of dwellings, if applicable; <br /> . The location, number of lanes, median width, <br /> curb cuts, access control and proposed turning movement <br /> rest ictions of arterial streets; <br /> . The location of collector and local streets; <br /> . The off-street parking areas, service areas <br /> incl ding trash areas, loading areas and provision for <br /> -5- <br />
