Section 3. Ratificati.on. All actions heretofore taken by the City and y the officer:s thereof not inconsistent .here- with directed towa d the financing of the Project and the i~suance and sale of the S ries 1982 Bond are hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed. Section 4. Limitation of Actions. Pursuant to Section 29-3-122 of the no action shall be brought questioning the legality of t e Loan Agreement, Assignment, Bond Purchase Agreement, Deed of Trust, Bond, ,or any other contract or proceed- ing executed in c nnection with the Project on and after thirty days from the effe tive date of this Bond Ordinance. Section 5. Repealer. All acts, orders, resolutions, or parts thereof taken by the City and in conflict with this Bond Ordinance ar hereby repealed, except that this repealer shall not be const ued so as to revive any act, order, resolution, or part thereof, h retofore repecLled. Section Severability. If any paragraph, clause or provision of this Bond Ordinance is judicially adj udged invalid or unenfo ceable, such jludgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining paragraphs, clauses or provisions hereof. Section 17. Recording and Authentication. This Ordi- - nance, immediately on its passac;e shall be recorded in the City Book of Ordinance kept for th,at purpose, authenticated by the signatures of th Mayor and Clerk and shall be published as required by law.
