That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville <br /> - <br /> Municipal entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries <br /> Established, II be amended to include the following described <br /> property and t the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the <br /> zoning indicated after the description below: <br /> A tract of land in the Southeast quarter of Section 5, <br /> Township I South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., County of Boulder, <br /> State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 5, thence <br /> South 89045'00"West, along the South line of the Southeast quarter of <br /> said section, 863.02 feet, thence North 24025'00"West, 497.85 feet; <br /> to the True Point of Beginning, thence continuing North 240 <br /> 25'00"West, 912.73 feet, thence North 89045'00"West 302.35 feet to a <br /> point on the Easterly right-of-way line of the Colorado and Southern <br /> Railroad; thence South 32000'39"East along said right-of-way line <br /> 813.88 feet; thence continuing along said right-of-way on a 2034.80 <br /> foot radius curve to the right, along the ARC 164.66 feet, thence <br /> North 89045'East 166.67 feet to the True Point of Beginning. <br /> The above described parcel contains 4.41 acres more or <br /> less. <br /> A - Agricultural <br /> Section 2 .
