I RESOLUTION NO. 24 SE~ries 1981 A RESOL TION LEVYING TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1982, TO DEFRAY HE COSTS OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LOUISVI LE, COLORADO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1982, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1982. WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the proper mill levy upon each do lar of assessed valuation of all taxable property within the City, NOW THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Louisvill , Colorado: SECTION 1. That for the purposes of defraying the expenses of the General Fu d of Louisville, Colorado, during the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1982, and ending December 31, 1982, there is hereby levied a t x of 4.73 mills upon each dollar of the total assessed valuatio of all taxable property within the City of Louisville, Color do for the year 1982. SECTION 2. That for thE~ purpose of defraying the expenses of paying the int rest upon the principal of outstanding bonds en- titled "City of 1. uisville, General Obligation Recreation Bond Fund" of the City of 1.0 isville coming due in the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1982, nd ending December 31, 1982, there is hereby levied a tax of . 1 mills upon each dollar of the total assessed valuation of the axable property within the City of Louisville for the year of 1 82. SECTION 3. That for thE~ purpose of defraying the expenses of capital improv ents scheduled for construction or completion in the fiscal yea beginning January 1, 1982, and ending December 31, 1982, for a C pital ImprovemEmt Fund there is hereby levied a tax of 2 mills up n each dollar of the total assessed valuation of all taxable pr perty within the City of Louisville for the year 1982. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to imm diately certify to the County Commissioners of Boulder County, C lorado, the total tax levy for the City of Louisville, Color do, as is herein set forth.
