RESOLUTION NO. 54 SERIES 2005 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO ALLOW MEDICAL OFFICE USES IN ALL BUILDINGS WITHIN THE GATEWAY OFFICE PUD - 818-892 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a request for approval of an amended final planned unit development (PUD) plan to allow medical office uses in all of the five office building located in the Gateway Professional Plaza (818-892 South Boulder Road); and WHEREAS, the proposal requires a minor exception be granted from the City's medical office off-street parking requirement; and WHEREAS, City Council is granted to the authority to grant exceptions to certain requirements of Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code through approval of a final PUD development plan; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the amended final PUD development plan have been reviewed by City Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to comply with the spirit and intent of Chapter 17 of the LMC, including the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG); and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on December 8, 2005, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report of December 8, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, without condition; and, WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and the City Council finds that the application should be approved, without conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for the Gateway Office project, Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Gateway Subdivision.
